Our Story
Founder, Charlotte, started tutoring while studying for her BA at the Courtauld Institute of Art. After completing her Masters degree, she continued to work as a tutor, specialising in the humanities, English and school entry exams, for over a decade before establishing Townhouse Education. With such extensive experience in the world of education, she had a strong knowledge of the industry, how it was run, and how it could be improved for all involved.

With this in mind, Townhouse Education was created with a personalised approach to tuition at its centre. We’ve also incorporated several unique services inspired by Charlotte’s experience with her clients and students, such as our learning resources, exclusive partnerships with educational brands and referral program.
Our Tutors
Every tutor in our team is meticulously chosen for their expertise, teaching ability and experience. Each possesses impressive qualifications and extensive tutoring experience in their respective fields, guaranteeing the best support for your child. All our tutors have Enhanced DBS checks too.
